Three Paths

Three paths. One Guild. Countless secrets.

The Breaths That Came Before

Before the Guild took form — before the Ledger, the Keepers, or the carving of the first Snap Dragon seal — there were whispers of older ways. Not titles. Not ranks. Just... tendencies.

Three approaches to the hunt.

Three instincts, each worn like skin.

Some might call them paths, though they leave no trail. Only echoes.

You do not choose one.

You simply notice one is already following you. Like a bird in the sky...

  • The Path of the Watcher

“To see without seeking. To hold without owning. To remember what others forget.”

Those who walked this path listened more than they spoke.

They moved through the world with quiet certainty, following stories older than ink.

Some say they could read a dragon’s history from a footprint. Others claim they saw beasts no one else ever could.

  • The Path of the Keeper

“To understand value is to wield it. To know what can be traded — and what must never be.”

This path was taken by those who bartered with fate.

Not out of greed — but out of deep respect for balance, weight, and consequence.

They knew dragons weren’t just found. They were acquired. They were promised.

  • The Path of the Wild

“Not all who hunt seek trophies. Some follow the heat of the trail. Some become it.”

Walkers of this path did not study or strategise.

    They felt.

When the ground cracked, they followed. When the clouds stirred, they ran. They met dragons in storms and firelight, and sometimes they did not return.

What Follows You?

No one knows where these paths began.

Some say they were the first Keepers. Others say they are the dragons themselves, dreaming their instincts into us.

If one path feels familiar, it may already be part of your hunt.

You do not need to speak it aloud.

Just listen.

Now answer, these questions...

Three paths. One Guild. Countless secrets.

The Dragon Hunter Guild is more than a gathering of collectors and seekers—it is a living order divided into three ancient Flights, each with its own purpose, methods, and view of the world. These Flights shape how hunters move through the land, how they decode riddles, and what they value most in the wild.

The Dragons Flights were founded hundreds of years ago, much of the knowledge about them has been lost. Together we can recover it.

Why do you hunt dragons?

More than anything, each Flight offers a different perspective on the one question that matters most!

From June to August, during the height of the hunt season, each Flight will embark on a distinct journey—uncovering clues, solving mysteries, and unlocking knowledge hidden across Norfolk and beyond. Every discovery you make contributes not just to the Guild, but to your Flight’s standing in the archives of legend.

Why Join a Flight?

  • Flights influence the types of riddles, locations and lore you will encounter.
  • They also determine the types of activity that gain you the most points
  • The flight with the highest score will be honoured in the Guild’s records
  • Flights are not about competition they’re about perspective.

    Who Can Join a Flight?

  • Anyone who holds a Grade I Guild Badge or higher is eligible to align with a Flight

  • You do not need to adopt a dragon to join, but having a collection may give you an edge

  • You only align with one Flight per season
