Terms of Service – Beastly Boxes

Welcome to Beastly Boxes, home of Snap Dragons, Shucks, Snarks, and other creatures most curious.

By placing an order, subscribing, participating in a hunt, submitting content, or otherwise engaging with our site, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Orders & Availability

All of our items are handmade in small batches, and availability is limited.
Purchasing an item means you are agreeing to:

  • Pay the full amount listed, including any applicable shipping.

  • Wait the processing time listed on the product page (usually 3–5 business days).

  • Understand that small variations in texture, finish, or colour are normal.

We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order due to unexpected stock issues, suspected misuse, or error.

2. Payments

  • We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout.

  • Your order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed.

  • All prices are in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

3. Shipping

  • Shipping times vary depending on location.

  • We dispatch from Norfolk, UK, and provide tracking when possible. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties or local taxes.

  • Please double-check your delivery address. We cannot replace items lost due to address errors.

4. Refunds & Returns

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we only accept returns in cases of serious defects or damage.

5. Lore, Events & Community Content

By participating in Guild hunts, submitting photos or story content, or engaging with our community:

  • You allow us to repost or feature your submissions (with credit) for promotional and lore purposes.

  • You agree to engage respectfully with fellow players, hunters, and keepers.

  • You understand that puzzles, events, and rarities may change or evolve as part of a living game world.

We reserve the right to remove or ban individuals from Guild activities or site access in cases of misuse, exploitation, or behaviour that threatens the safety or integrity of the community.

6. Subscriptions

We offer subscription tiers (each a “Subscription”):

  • The Watcher – £5/month

  • The Collector – £10/month

  • The Completionist – £40/month (Limited to 10)

  • The Fragment Holder – £60/month (Limited to 10)

  • The Co-Conspirator – £100/month (Limited to 5)

Payment and Renewal

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in GBP (£) via your chosen payment method.

  • Payments are collected automatically on a recurring basis unless you cancel.

  • If payment cannot be processed, your Subscription may be suspended or terminated.

Benefits and Deliverables

  • Digital content (for example Guild Notes, Discord access, voting rights) will be delivered through the relevant online platforms.

  • Physical items (for example Relic Fragments, Beasts, Snaplings, Shucklings, Annual Dragons) will be shipped to the address provided by you. Shipping times and availability may vary.

  • Discounts apply only to eligible products in our online store and are non-transferable. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions unless expressly stated.

  • Limited tiers (Completionist, Fragment Holder, Co-Conspirator) are capped in number. Once full, no additional places will be offered until a space becomes available.

Cancellation and Refunds

  • You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your account or payment provider.

  • If you cancel, you will continue to receive benefits until the end of your current billing cycle.

  • By law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the start of your Subscription to request a refund. If you have already received digital content or physical goods during that period, we may deduct a reasonable value from the refund.

  • Refunds are otherwise not offered unless required by law.

Intellectual Property

  • All lore, stories, characters, artwork, designs, and other creative content provided through Subscriptions remain the intellectual property of Beastly Boxes Limited.

  • Co-Creation benefits (for example Canon Collaboration) grant you participation rights, but all final works and intellectual property remain owned by us.

Community Guidelines

  • Access to the Guild Discord and other interactive spaces requires adherence to our community rules.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if behaviour is abusive, harmful, or disruptive.

Liability

  • We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including postal strikes, supplier shortages, or technical outages).

  • To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you will not exceed the total amount paid for your Subscription in the past 12 months.

7. The World of the Beasts

All characters, creatures, lore, and visuals remain the intellectual property of Beastly Boxes Limited unless otherwise noted.
Please do not copy, reproduce, or resell our creations without permission.

If you would like to collaborate, license artwork, or become an official Guild partner, get in touch.

8. Changes to Terms and Services

We may update subscription pricing, benefits, or these Terms at any time.

  • If changes significantly affect your order, Subscription, or access, you will be notified in advance and may cancel before the change takes effect.

  • Minor adjustments (for example new content formats or updated lore delivery) may be made without notice.

  • Your continued engagement with Beastly Boxes after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We are a small team of forgers, storytellers, and creature-keepers.
We take care in everything we craft and appreciate every hunter who steps into our world.
