Refunds & Returns
All of our creatures — whether Snap Dragons, Shucks, Snarks or stranger beasts — are individually hand-forged. Each one is crafted with care, character, and intention, which means small variations are not just expected — they’re part of the story.
Returns
We do not accept returns for change of mind, minor imperfections, or the unique quirks that come from handmade processes.
However, if your item arrives with a serious defect or has been damaged in transit, we’ll do our best to make it right.
To request a return, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order at Beastlyboxes@gmail.com , including:

Clear photos of the issue

A brief description of the problem
If the defect is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on stock levels and the nature of the issue.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases of:

Major manufacturing defects

Items arriving broken or unusable

Mistaken or incorrect items sent by us
Once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please Note:

Every creature is one of a kind. No two are identical.

Surface variations, brush marks, and texture quirks are part of the forging process and not considered defects.

Limited editions, charity releases, and custom pieces are non-refundable unless faulty.

We reserve the right to deny a return if the item is damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
