Elm Hill

Welcome, Hunter.
There are few streets in Norwich where the past feels quite so close as Elm Hill. Much of what you see today rose from the ashes of the fire of 1507, which destroyed almost the entire street. The Britons Arms was among the few buildings to survive. The merchants who rebuilt Elm Hill left behind its crooked timber-framed houses and cobbled character.
Waiting among those old buildings is Mr Magpie, one of the Guild's four Dragon Keepers. He seems to have been expecting you.

"Ah, there you are, Hunter. An awkward business has come to the Guild's attention."
There have been reports of ghosts appearing around this part of Norwich. Stranger still, the witnesses claim to have seen the spirits of former Dragon Keepers, long since departed from the Guild.
"Now, I don't much like the thought of our predecessors roaming the streets without so much as a word of explanation. Would you investigate?"
He points in opposite directions.
"There are two old sites nearby. Both have enough history to make a ghost feel at home. You'll have to choose where to begin."
Turn left towards the former plague pits behind St George's Church, where the dead of Norwich were once buried.
Or turn right towards Blackfriars, the remains of an old religious precinct whose walls have seen centuries come and go.
"Keep your eyes open, Hunter. And try not to become a ghost yourself."
