Strike Furies are among the most volatile Snap Dragons currently recorded.

The earliest confirmed examples were found along the eastern coastline following severe electrical storms. Their dark blue colouring, pale eyes and branching marks appear consistent with lightning damage, although whether the strike creates the form or simply awakens something already present remains unresolved.

What is clear is that Strike Furies do not behave like ordinary storm-damaged Beasts.

They are restless, reactive and unusually difficult to predict. Several Guild reports describe sudden changes in direction, temperament and activity with little warning. I have seen enough of them now to suspect that instability is not a side effect of their condition. It may be the defining trait.

The fractures across their bodies should not be mistaken for weakness.

If anything, they seem to wear them rather proudly.

The Guild currently recommends caution around newly recorded specimens.

Not because they are necessarily dangerous.

Because they are very rarely still.
